In this dark time, I powered through an made fresh pasta with a pasta machine my friend James got me. I don't have much to say. I documented the entire process with photos.

All the dough, pressed and cut. That is a handy dandy pasta drying rack. In this case I have "ah" strand of pasta, actually, enough to necessitate an entire rack.
I think Kerplunk would work just as well.

I'm going to make this more often.
I would like to try this dish when next I grace the state of NY with my presence.
